Lavender-Lemon grilled chicken

I woke up this morning and had this insatiable itch to make lavender grilled chicken. So i'm going to post my recipe that we use for when friends come over and we want to have a nice calm happy evening.

What you'll need:
(about 2 tablespoons of the following)
Dried lavender flowers crushed
crushed chamomile
minced garlic preferably fresh
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 lemon in slices
4 fairly large boneless skinless chicken breasts

aluminum foil

Take your boneless skinless chicken breasts and clean and trim them.

Spread out aluminum foil in 4 pieces that will be enough to wrap the chicken in and a little room left over to make a pocket.

Put a pat of butter on each piece of foil.

Put the cleaned breast on the foil over the butter.

Take the herbs and mix them all together well them sprinkle on the chicken.

Sprinkle the salt and pepper and place a lemon slice on each piece of chicken. wrap them up and leave a pocket for steam. place on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 45 minutes ( if you're using an oven put the heat at 350 and let it cook slower for an hour.), serve with corn salad or pretty much anything you like we usually cook it with grilled corn and macaroni or potato salad or homemade baked crispy mac and cheese:P
