Lil kick in the morning...

Soy breakfast smoothie

I dont use measurements in this recipe just kinda eye ball it but its easy enough that you ahouldnt have any problems:)

In a blender as some ice. Somewhere around a 1 1/2 cup
Pour soy milk (regular or vanilla flavored, vanilla makes it extra good), just enough to come within about 1/2 inch of the top of the ice.
Add about 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, i used sugar free but any will do.
Add about 1/8 - 1/4 cup instant coffee, really it depends on hwo strong you like coffee:P
Add 1/4 cup sugar or equivelent sugar free sweetener

Blend till smotth with no ice chuncks add straw and enjoy.

I actually used to useregular milk for this , i had to swtich becuase of a food allergy myself and my chiclredn have and to be honest the soy makes the smoothie that much better
