Apple cinnamon pancakes

Okay this one is super awesome, concocted this when trinity said she wanted something sweet but isn't allowed to have to much sugar atm: (and i think im gonna make a cupcake version of this maybe with some pecan and some apple brown sugar glaze or something)

Pancake mix (about 1 1/2 cups)
applesauce bout 1/2 cup
cinnamon 1tbsp
1 egg
some water (really i just eyeballed mine)

add everything but water into the bowl and mix well and add lil bits of water in at a time to make it the constancy you want. spoon onto hot pan and make just like a regular pancake. I topped ours with some cinnamon maple syrup i had made and trinity just had hers with strawberries on top:P

Thinking these would be awesome made into lil libation cakes for the next sabbat or esbat:)
